Brussels, 15 April 2019 – We are happy to announce that ReachCentrum will be moving to a new office as of June 1, 2019 – at Cantersteen 47, B-1000 Brussels. Our new office is in a prime location in downtown Brussels very close to Central station. With this move, we will be joining our Brussels-based colleagues of ERM, our parent company, thus strengthening the relationship within the whole Group. The newly refurbished office has been designed with sustainability at its heart, reusing as many materials as possible and it will ultimately provide our staff with a bright, clean, dynamic and spacious working environment. It will have on-site a bright and comfortable meeting room available for use by our consortia clients and also a sky garden with unbeatable views of Brussels, perfect for networking.
Our general telephone number will remain +32 2 897 0560 (new number since January 1, 2019) and the Team can be reached on their usual numbers as listed on our ‘About’ page.
ReachCentrum and ERM staff will be happy to welcome you to the newly refurbished office from June 1, 2019.
We are less than #100 days to the #REACH2018 deadline. In order to be able to send you the Letter of Access (LoA), dossier and token in time for the 31st of May 2018, we will ask you to place the orders at the latest on the 30th of April and make the payment by the 4th of May 2018. This will allow the LoA Shop Team to process all orders in due time for the deadline.

We are now a few weeks away from the third and last REACH registration deadline of May 31, 2018, which covers all phase-in substances manufactured or imported into the EU and between 10 and 100 tonnes per year. Please note that the LoA e-Shop platform will not be accessible from the 27th of December 2017 to the 4th of January 2018 due to planned maintenance work and system upgrades.
ReachCentrum will be closed between the 25th and 29th of December 2017. Inquiries concerning LoA prices and related information can be sent to the LoA e-Shop mailbox([email protected]) and will be treated upon our return on the 2nd of January 2018. Depending on the nature of the request, please note that this could take a few days.
We recommend that any urgent LoAs are ordered as soon as possible if you wish to avoid any delay. Please note that the orders placed on Friday the 22nd of December 2017 will be treated in January 2018.
