Please note that the LoA e-Shop platform will not be accessible from the 16th of October to the 27th of October 2017 due to planned maintenance work and system upgrades.
This will mean that it will not be possible to place an order through the e-shop for LoAs during this period. Any orders placed on Friday 13th of October will be verified and processed from the 30th of October onwards.
The LoAs, tokens and dossiers ordered prior to 13th October will continue to be treated in a timely fashion and will remain unaffected.
Inquiries concerning LoA prices and related information will continue to be responded to during this period and may be made by direct inquiry to LoA e-shop mailbox (email@example.com).
We recommend that any urgent LoAs are ordered as soon as possible if you wish to avoid any delay.
