The manufacturers of Polymerisable Acrylate Resins and Derivatives have joined efforts for their REACH compliance activities and have launched in January 2009 the PARAD REACH consortium.
To prepare a consistent REACH registration dossier for the PARAD substances handled by the consortium, the management of the PARAD consortium is handled by ReachCentrum.
The commercial product DINP has to be registered under the REACH legislation and covers two EINECS/CAS numbers as detailed below:

The PARAD REACH consortium structure includes a Steering Committee, a Technical Committee, CIG (Common Interest Groups) and the consortium management by ReachCentrum. PARAD consortium membership is open to manufacturers/ importers and only representatives as defined in the REACH Regulation of the substance on its own, in preparations or in articles and that are subject to the registration requirements pursuant to the REACH Regulation, or affiliates thereof.
Membership is open to any applicant fulfilling the membership criteria. The PARAD consortium is also open to any European and non-European companies manufacturing or importing Acrylates and Methacrylates substances, which are similar to one or several of the substances covered. Downstream users and other data holders are invited to play an active role in the work of the consortium.
