Otsuka/Hebron and Tramaco plan to bring together a group of interested stakeholders to join forces when responding to regulatory activities ADCA is subject to in the scope of REACH.
ADCA has been nominated in December 2012 as being a candidate substance of very high concern, despite the data collected among the industry and submitted to ECHA during the preceding consultation. Discussions regarding prioritisation are taking place. This ongoing regulatory process might severely affect your business, too, therefore Otsuka/Hebron and Tramaco, who have already been following this process actively since last summer, propose to join forces to express concerns of the affected industries and adequately respond during the process.
We therefore invite all interested Manufacturers, Importers, their Only Representatives and concerned Downstream Users to a KICK-OFF MEETING on 16th May 2013 in Brussels (near airport) in order to:
Your participation in this kick-off meeting is a prerequisite if you wish to be involved by Otsuka/ Hebron and Tramaco in their future planning of the Task Force that will be continuously working concerning ADCA.
You will be expected to sign a “Letter of Intent” which will be circulated to you prior to the meeting clearly stating your commitment to be actively engaged in future activities of a Task Force to be set up. It is planned that the Task Force will make use of the data compiled last year.
Please contact ReachCentrum (appointed by Otsuka/ Hebron and Tramaco to provide support) by May 2nd 2013 if you are interested to join forces in following ADCA regulatory activities.
