Experts

Yvan Bisschops
He is a ReachCentrum Consortium Manager. With a biochemistry background, he has more than more than 30 years of experience in the Chemicals industry. He is also chairman of the Technical Committee of a Sector sub Group where he initiated and lead the subsequent consortium.

Michel Decuyper
Regulatory Affairs Officer in the Strategic Business Unit Soda Ash of Solvay Group. His background is Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. He has more than 25 years of experience in various fields of the Chemical industry. Currently he is mostly active in the preparation of about 30 REACH dossiers for inorganic substances, with some "inside views" on being Lead Registrant or co-registrant.

Vincenzo Girardi
ReachCentrum training manager, he has over 20 years of experience as a professional trainer. He has developed and delivered successful training workshops and webinars on all REACH IT tools as they are released to industry. He is a member of the Institute of IT Training.

Mark Meesters
ReachCentrum head of Consortia Management Services. He is a chemist and lawyer by training, and he has worked as a Regulatory Affairs Manager in the chemical industry for about 10 years. He is responsible for the creation and management of the Letter of Access tool set up by ReachCentrum.

Paul Nguyen
REACH Trainings and SIEF support. With a background in biology, chemistry and business administration, Paul is responsible for training support and the organisation of REACH workshops with several year of experience in the field.

Alain Renard
He is a Cefic Programme Product Stewardship Manager, with a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry and an additional degree in Environment & Industrial Security Management. He held positions as Technical Sales representative before joining CEFIC in September 2007. He managed several REACH Consortia till end 2009, when he joined the Programme Product Stewardship as Manager of the REACH-IT WG and the Authorisation / Restriction WG.
