Please take the time to read ReachCentrum Terms and Conditions for workshops, trainings and webinars registrations. They will apply to all persons subscribing to any ReachCentrum SPRL event through the website.

Online registration
Registrations are made online via ReachCentrum website. Once your data are filled you are registered to the event, you will be directed to the online payment.

Registration fee
The registration fee is announced on ReachCentrum website. The fee to workshops or trainings include access to the event, the programme, the training manual, coffee and lunch during the day. Travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the participant and is not included in the price of the event.

For workshops and trainings, fees are always presented VAT included.
For webinars, the VAT fees are always presented VAT excluded.

VAT applications

Registrations
ReachCentrum accepts online registrations only. To register for one event, participants must fill in the corresponding registration form that can be found on the ReachCentrum website.

Payments
After submitting your registration information, you will be redirected to the secured online payment system to enter your credit card details. Payment shall be made by credit card through our secured website. An invoice will be produced with ReachCentrum bank details. When your payment has been completed click on 'submit' and you will be re-directed to ReachCentrum website. ReachCentrum accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express only. When placing your order on-line, you authorise us to deduct from your nominated payment card the amount stated on the registration form and on our website in relation to fees and charges for processing your order.

Confirmation of registration
You shall always receive a confirmation of your booking.
A legally binding contract will be formed once you receive that confirmatory email from us acknowledging that your subscription order has been received and successfully processed. That automatic reply will immediately follow an on-line registration and in the subsequent 4 business days a complete confirmation will follow once your registration has been processed. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect e-mail or postal address. If you do not obtain anything, please send an e-mail to workshops@reachcentrum.eu to make sure that we have received your booking. Following the confirmation, an invoice for your participation will be sent by our accounting department for your books. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately. Your contract will be fulfilled by ReachCentrum SPRL, Avenue Edmond van Nieuwenhuyse 6, BE-1060 Brussels.

Cancellations
ReachCentrum reserves the right to defer or cancel any course if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. A personal assistance will be given to reschedule clients to an alternative course date and/or to provide a full refund (if applicable).

Cancellations by the registrant must be received in writing by email to workshops@reachcentrum.eu as early as possible, but no later than 7 working days prior to the event for workshops and trainings and 2 working days for webinars.

Registrants may substitute another person by submitting a written request. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. ReachCentrum does not accept liability for hotel, travel or meal costs before and after event.

Refunds
Cancellation by the client will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

- Cancellation for webinar: Should you or your substitute be unable to attend, and provided you have informed us by email 2 days before the webinar, we will refund your registration fee. After the indicated date, no other cancellations will be accepted.

- Cancellation for workshops and trainings: Should you or a substitute be unable to attend and provided you have informed us by email 7 days before the workshop, we will refund your registration fee. After the indicated date, no other cancellations will be accepted.

Changes
ReachCentrum reserves the right to make changes to the published programme of a training (but not the overall content) e.g. to timings or speakers if one or more of the advertised speakers is unable to attend. In such case, you will have no claim against ReachCentrum in respect of such changes, and you will not be entitled to cancel.

Data Protection
The personal information provided by you will be held on ReachCentrum database. It will be used to keep you up-to-date with developments of our activities. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please send your request to workshops@reachcentrum.eu

Rights in material
All copyright and other rights in materials provided to you during or for the purposes of any ReachCentrum training are the property of ReachCentrum or its licensors. You are entitled to use such materials only for your own personal study. You are not entitled to copy such materials (except as permitted by law) nor are you entitled to use or authorise others to use them for any commercial purposes.

Liability and insurance
ReachCentrum will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the trainings. The participants are recommended to arrange their personal travel and health insurance.

Applicable laws and competence
The relationship between ReachCentrum SPRL and the registrant will be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the Belgian jurisdiction.

Liability
ReachCentrum shall have no liability for loss or damage to any of your personal property except where this is due to the negligence of ReachCentrum. ReachCentrum will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you; or any loss of profits or loss of business (direct or indirect) suffered by you. ReachCentrum total liability to you in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the relevant booking fee paid.

Force Majeure
ReachCentrum will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations, to the extent that such default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by an event beyond the reasonable control of ReachCentrum such as, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts or regulations of government bodies, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, strikes, lockouts or labour difficulties. Such event or circumstance giving rise to the default or delay is a Force Majeure Event.
