To join the Joint Registration for this substance you will need to agree to the terms of the SIEF Agreement for Epichlorohydrin and declare the number of companies you wish to include in the registration by March, 31st 2010. The terms of the agreement are fixed and not negotiable.

Based on the responses received from SIEF Members the SIEF Leadership Team will calculate the cost of a Letter of Access per company according to the cost share principles detailed in Annex 3 of the SIEF agreement.

Update: The Allylics consortium has finalized the cost calculation for the Epichlorohydrin REACH registration dossier. The cost for Letters of Access (LoA) have been determined and can be made available by the consortium manager on request.

Game plan for Epichlorohydrin SIEF agreement: 

1. LR sends email to active SIEF members informing them about RC’s webpage
2. SIEF members visit RC’s webpage, download SIEF agreement
3. SIEFmembers print, sign, scan and return signed  scanned  SIEF agreement as .pdf to RC  (vge@reachcentrum.eu)
4. Once sign-in phase is over,  the SIEF leadership team re-calculates  the total LoA cost from cost sharing model (Annex 3 to SIEF agreement)
5. Cost for LoA for individual SIEF member is calculated
6. LR informs SIEF members that they can finally order the LoA
7. SIEF members order LoA from RC's general webpage: www.reachcentrum.eu  
8. RC sends invoices to SIEF members
9. Members pay
10. RC sends  LoA and token to lead dossier
