REACH Accreditation

ReachCentrum wants to demonstrate to its customers, both existing and potential, that all its employed trainers are appropriately qualified. Moreover the delivery methods, procedures, materials used are conducive to learning to ensure a better retention of the information acquired by the participants. ReachCentrum also is sure that all the services around the delivery of the events will equally be enhanced to a high standard to complete the service offered to you.

ReachCentrum has been awarded as certified online learning facilitator and as Authorised Qualification & Assessment Centre by the Learning and Performance Institute, a global Institute for Learning & Development professionals.


Therefore we can now not only offer the experience of certified trainers, but we can also offer our own train-the-trainer course and deliver the Trainer Performance Monitoring & Assessment as part of the course. Your performance as a trainer can be assessed as well.

You can expect to receive a level of training that meets the standards set by the Learning and
Performance Institute in the UK
All events offered by ReachCentrum will be of a consistently high level and quality to ensure that you acquire the knowledge and ability to carry out the work expected of you.
The objectives set for the event will be achievable. You should be able to measure the progress you are making during the event.
The sessions will be interactive and engaging in order to ensure participants do retain the information more readily.   You should realize you are learning by the questions you ask as well as the frequency and ease to respond to questions.
ReachCentrum’s own trainers and other colleagues involved in delivering courses are technically competent to deliver courses as well as being considered subject matter experts. You will receive the appropriate information and how to apply the knowledge back in your workplace.
ReachCentrum will adhere to the professional Code of Practice including a complaints procedure to ensure that the service provided is consistently of a high quality.
